I wanted to make something cute and special for a Minnie Mouse baby shower that would double as a present and decorations.
I bought a $1 pool noddle from, "The Dollar Tree," along with some pink award ribbons and princess earrings. Minnie Mouse bibs and diapers purchased from, "Walmart."
1.) Tape the pool noddle ends together with duct tape.
2.) Open a diaper and wrap it around the noddle. Tie the ends of the diaper with a rubber band.
3.) Once the noddle is fully wrapped with diapers you can begin to tie ribbon around the ends of the diapers to cover the rubber bands and also between the spaces to cover the exposed pool noddle.
4.) Add any decorations you want. I purchased this pink polka dot ribbon and the award ribbon from the, "Dollar Tree."
5.) I had this left over streamer (Walmart) and cut them into this pieces
6.) Tied them around the pool noddle to help cover the exposed noddle and it also gave a pop of color to the wreath. I taped a long piece of the ribbon to the back of the bib and tied it onto the wreath.
Those jeweled diamond hearts are earring from the Dollar Tree. I just cut off the ear hooks to them and hot glued them on.
